SENATOR GEORGE AKUME CONGRATULATES REAR ADMIRAL AWWAL ZUBARU GAMBO ON HIS APPOINTMENT AS CHIEF OF NAVAL STAFF
The Honourable Minister of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs, Senator Dr. George Akume,fnim sends his warm congratulations

 

to Rear Admiral Awwal Zubaru Gambo on his appointment and assumption of duty as Chief of Naval Staff by President Muhammadu Buhari,GCFR.
 
Senator George Akume who describes the appointment of Rear Admiral Gambo as putting a square peg in a square hole,acknowledges the vast experience,discipline and professionalism of the new Chief of Naval Staff in territorial waters,underwater warfare,marine border protection and intelligence gathering.
 
The Honourable Minister expresses optimism that Rear Admiral Gambo will bring his expertise to bear on the objectives of the Nigerian Navy.
 
The Honourable Minister prays that God Almighty will grant Rear Admiral Gambo the desired favours in the interest of his national assignment to Nigeria.
