The Honourable Minister of Special Duties and Inter-Governmentsl Affairs,Senator Dr. George Akume, FNIM earlier today, 3rd July, 2021 participated in the official coronation and presentation of staff of office to HRM Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero as the 15th Emir of Kano by His Excellency, Alhaji Abdullahi Umar Ganduje,OFR,Executive Governor of Kano State.

At an occasion that attracted men and women from all walks of life, including traditional rulers, top politicians, top government functionaries businessmen,among others, Senator Dr. George Akume, FNIM prayed God to lead,guide and grant the new Emir of Kano wisdom,strength and good health in the peaceful administration of the Kano Emirate Council.

The Honourable Minister further assured the Emir of his Ministry’s support and cooperation in the achievement of the overall objectives of the Kano Emirate Council.
