The RECOWA General Assembly is a meeting of all the Bishops from Dioceses of West African Region to discuss key issues plaguing the region with a view of proferring solutions.
The event began in Abuja on Monday 2nd May and will end 9th May, 2022.

The Minister of Special Duties and Intergovernmental Affairs, Sen. Dr. George Akume today, joined the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo GCON and other Ministers of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to attend Catholic Bishops' Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) General Assembly of the Regional Episcopal Conference of West Africa (RECOWA).
