As a follow-up to Mr. President’s intentions to ease the transportation challenges of farmers, rural dwellers and cooperative societies in the country, the Honourable Minister of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs,Senator George Akume,fnim on Wednesday, 29th September, 2020, held a stakeholders interactive meeting to deliberate on the modalities for the immediate distribution of 2000 buses and trucks to cooperative societies, rural dwellers and farmers across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

3. Senator Gbemi Sarai,Honourable Minister of State, Transport

4. Mr. Gbenga Oyebode, Chairman CFAO Motors, Lagos

5. Senator Gbenga Ashafa, Managing Director, Federal Housing Authority

6. Eng. Abubakar Jibril, Federal Director of Cooperatives

7. Representatives of the Central Bank of Nigeria

8. Representatives of the different cooperative societies in the country
